Carlos Sainz heads to the Hungarian GP before the summer break

Carlos Sainz races this weekend in the Hungarian GP, which marks both the end of the first part of the season and also the start of a four-week-long summer break until the following race.
The Williams driver has stepped onto the podium of the Hungaroring once in the past: it was in 2021, when he put together a spectacular comeback drive from the fifteenth place on the grid in a race that started in wet conditions.
The Magyar racetrack is very different from Spa-Francorchamps in terms of energy management. Overtaking is especially difficult, which will mean that Saturday’s Qualifying will be especially relevant.
