Carlos Sainz starts a new triple-header in Austin

- Carlos Sainz starts another Grand Prix triple-header this weekend at the Circuit of the Americas, a place where he has finished twice on the podium in his career: he was third in 2023 and second in 2024.
- Austin combines a high-speed first sector with two slower sectors, which forces all teams to find a compromise on their set-up. The main straight and the straight leading up to Turn 12 are the most sensitive points in terms of energy management.
- The track has been resurfaced between Turns 9 and 11 to smooth out the bumps and work has been done between Turns 12 and 19 with the same purpose. There are also new blue marks to make the track limits more obvious to the drivers.
