Carlos has started the Spanish GP in the FIA Press Conference, where he has shared his thoughts with the media.

“I am really looking forward to my home Grand Prix. I have all the fans waiting for me, my very own grandstand, which is always really supportive… and I really like this track, it brings me some good memories from the past. I’ve always done quite well here”.

“The new asphalt will give the race a new feel. Up until now it was a fun circuit, but now it will be even more exciting because it will be much faster. All teams are bringing upgrades and there may be some changes after four races. It will be really interesting”.

“We have a thrilling fight in the mid-field. We talk about it many times during the Drivers’ Parade, it is a thrilling fight. I am enjoying it. We have had some really exciting races”, he concluded.
