-    Free Practice 1: P7, 1:30.924, 23 laps
-    Free Practice 2: P10, 1:30.592, 29 laps

  • With 52 laps across both practice sessions, Carlos Sainz went beyond the race distance of this Sunday’s Saudi Arabian GP.
  • The Ferrari race driver focused on optimizing his set-up and the pace of his SF-23 for the long runs but didn’t aim for any representative lap times of his true potential for Qualifying.
  • The Spaniard worked with the Soft tyre across both sessions, including a race simulation in the night practice.

QUOTES:
“It was an intense day here in Jeddah. This is an unusual circuit with very peculiar characteristics which requires specific work to achieve a good balance. There is still some performance to find, but in general the car feels in the right window. Race pace was decent and tomorrow we will focus on maximising the result during Qualifying".
